How fast will I get my video?

Standard SLA is 72–96 hours after full payment and required assets (script(s) + voice sample) are received. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling and faster SLAs.

What do I need to provide?

You will be asked to record a single 2-minute reading we provide during onboarding. We use that recording plus a clear headshot to create and verify your voice clone and avatar. Provide a TTS (text-to-speech) script as either a single 2-minute script or two scripts that together total up to 2 minutes. A full onboarding checklist and instructions (including file specs, consent & Terms) are sent after reservation.

Will the voice-clone sound natural?

Yes. We tune cadence, tone, and pacing and provide a review step so you can approve voice samples before we render the final avatar segments.

Question 6

Is this legal and safe to use?

Accepted Answer

We require you to confirm (via checkbox and signed release) that the voice and likeness provided are yours. We also require a short unique reading (see onboarding) to reduce the risk of copied samples. Final deliverables include a written release clarifying permitted use. See our Terms for full details.

What’s included and how many revisions?

Each package lists the included deliverables (avatar segment, captions, thumbnail, repurpose clips). Each produced video segment includes one revision; additional or priority revisions are available for retainers or as add-ons.

You get one included revision to request edits. If you need extra rounds or major scope changes, we’ll quote them separately or recommend a retainer plan for ongoing changes.
